Pet RX Express does not require you to create an account to browse or order. When you contact us or place an order through WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, delivery address, and the products you wish to purchase.

Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage so you can return to your selections without signing in. This data never leaves your device unless you share it with us through WhatsApp.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share necessary details with delivery partners to complete your order. WhatsApp and any analytics providers we use process data under their own privacy policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us. You can clear your cart and wishlist at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
