By browsing Pet RX Express or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

We do our best to display accurate product details, specifications, and images. However, colours and dimensions may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees and may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of ordering is the price you pay.

All orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. An order is only considered confirmed once we have replied and agreed on the items, quantity, and delivery details with you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the details provided are incomplete.

We arrange island-wide delivery through trusted partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier availability.

Any delivery fees will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the order is finalised.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

Pet RX Express is not liable for indirect or accidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
